These 5 municipalities help to fund the annual operations of Enterprise Charlotte.
The town of St. Stephen is known as “Canada’s Chocolate Town” and is home to the first chocolate nut bar and the chicken bone. If chocolate is a passion of yours, stop by the only Ganong Chocolatier to sample uniquely Charlotte County chocolates and candy, or visit St. Stephen in the summer to take in the festivities of the yearly Chocolate Festival. St. Stephen also borders the city of Calais, Maine, separated only by the St. Croix River. This unique relationship is celebrated yearly during the International Homecoming Festival.
